The directors' course of the Community Center Society is conducted in collaboration with the Open University and is intended for new members of the company and management. As part of the training, participants learn about the duties and rights of management members, learn about the regulatory and financial aspects, but the highlight is the experiential learning.
The content of community building and the programs of the Community Center Society. At the end of the training, participants are entitled to a "Director" certificate from the Open University and the Community Center Society and return to work at the community center with a richer toolbox.
