The beating heart of the Israeli community
The Beating Heart of the Israeli Community
The Social Arm of the State of Israel
The Israel Association of Community Centers (IACC) is the long arm of the Government of Israel in the fields of education, society, and community – serving as the engine that connects the state, local authorities, and citizens.
Every day, everywhere, for everyone — through some 200 community centers, 1,000 branches, and more than 45,000 staff members, we reach around 3 million residents from across Israeli society: Jews, Arabs, ultra-Orthodox, Druze, Bedouins, Circassians, and more.
We run large-scale national programs, build multipliers of impact through strategic partnerships with local government, ministries, philanthropy, and the business sector, and integrate data-driven management: systematic measurement, smart oversight, and real-time insights — all to create deep, precise, and sustainable change in communities.
IACC responds to both national and local challenges, with a broad perspective of needs, opportunities, and connections — in times of routine and in times of crisis.
From community centers to the national vision — we connect Israel to community, individuals to meaning, and the grassroots to the future.
