The Community Centers: Implementing Programs for Local Authorities
The IACC community centers implement nationwide social and community programs on behalf of local authorities. Through 200 centers and 1,000 branches nationwide, we strengthen communities, build social resilience, and enhance residents’ quality of life.
Rooted in the day-to-day life of each locality, the community center is an integral part of the local fabric - serving as a catalyst for social growth, community leadership, and long-term community well-being.

Connecting Philanthropy and Communities in Israel
The IACC leads philanthropic activity in Israel and worldwide through The Association for the Advancement of Community Centers in Israel and the American Friends of IACC. Funds raised support national initiatives and designated projects in community centers across the country, often serving as seed funding for innovative pilot programs later expanded nationwide.
The IACC works closely with Jewish Federations, foundations, private donors, business leaders, and strategic partners in Israel, the US, UK, Canada and worldwide - united by a shared commitment to strengthening Israeli society and building long-term community resilience.
Through these partnerships, IACC expands its social impact, while developing innovative solutions and strengthening community infrastructure. Further, it advances a shared vision of diverse and resilient communities throughout Israel - in both routine and emergency contexts.
