Education in Arab Society

The IACC leads implementation of the Israeli government's five-year plan for educational development in Arab, Bedouin and Druze society. 

The program advances the key goals of deepening core academic skills and strengthening educational outcomes for K-12. In addition, the program works to prevent student dropout, thus expanding pathways to higher education, and supports students with learning disabilities. 

Other aspects of the program include strengthening informal educational frameworks and cultivating community leadership.

The program operates in 2,000 schools and employs over 3,000 staff members.

Connecting to Community: A Festive Summer Event for French Olim in Jerusalem

The annual summer event of Mehubarim, IACC’s program for French olim, was recently held at its first stop in Jerusalem, bringing together approximately 1,200 immigrant children and parents.
The Mehubarim Program provides children and young people from French-speaking immigrant families with a supportive informal framework, helping them integrate into Israeli society and develop a stronger sense of community and belonging.
