Young people

The youth sector focuses on developing and promoting services and programs tailored to the changing needs of 18-35 year olds. We create solutions in the areas of education, employment, social engagement and personal development, which help young people realize their personal and professional potential.

The community centers operate designated activity spaces for young people, which constitute a platform for social networking, personal guidance, skills development and integration into the community. The programs include employment guidance, development of social and community projects, vocational training courses, leadership, volunteering and leisure culture. The connection between young people from diverse backgrounds and the development of local human capital strengthens the community and contributes to keeping young people in the communities and reducing social gaps.
