The Haifa and Valleys District includes 33 community centers serving approximately 700,000 residents, ranging from the Krayot in the northwest to Beit Shean and the Valleys in the east. The district is distinguished by being the most heterogeneous of the company's districts, with a rich variety of communities: Druze in Usfiya, Circassians in Kafr Qama, Muslim Arabs and Christians in localities such as Dabouriya, Iksal and Baqa al-Gharbia, Haredi Jews in Rakhssim, and a mixed population in Haifa. In the city of Haifa itself, four community centers operate in different neighborhoods (Neve Yosef, Ramot, Hadar and Halisa), serving a diverse population that includes new immigrants, Haredi, and long-time Arab and Jewish residents.
