The Central District has 38 community centers that operate approximately 100 branches, gderot, and mazkeret batya in the south to Netanya in the north, including the Samaria communities in the east. The district is characterized by nine large chains, each operating several community centers, in cities such as Ramla, Lod, Holon, Or Yehuda, Ramat Hasharon, Herzliya, and Netanya. The activity in the district reflects Israel's social diversity: centers serving the ultra-Orthodox population (Bnei Brak, Elad, Emanuel), Arab communities (Kalansweh, Kfar Bara, Jaljulia, Tira), mixed cities (Ramla, Lod), rural communities (Gderot), and large cities (Holon, Rishon LeZion, Netanya).
