המסייעת
מרכז השלטון המקומי בישראל מפעיל בשיתוף פעולה עם החברה למתנ"סים את מיזם "המסייעת". מטרת המיזם היא לתת מענה לתעסוקה במקצועות במחסור.
במסגרת המיזם הוקם מאגר ארצי של סייעות המעוניינות לעבוד כממלאות מקום בגני הילדים ובצהרונים ברשויות המקומית. מודל ההעסקה נתמך בפלטפורמה ייחודית שמאפשרת גמישות ונוחות כאשר בבואה להירשם למאגר מציינת כל סייעת את הזמנים והרשויות בהם תהיה מוכנה ופנויה לקבל הצעות לשיבוץ לעבודה.
בימים אלו נבחנת האפשרות להרחבת פעילותו של המיזם באופן שיועסקו במסגרתו עובדים
בתחומים נוספים המצויים מחסור בכוח אדם רלוונטי כגון: עבודה סוציאלית, הוראה, אבטחה ועוד. https://hamesayaat.org.il/
