يتناول برنامج "تبادل الكلمات في المجتمع" من "تبادل الكلمات - مبادرة الرئيس للخطاب الإسرائيلي" الحد من الاستقطاب، وزيادة التماسك الاجتماعي والمرونة، وتعزيز قدرة المجتمع الإسرائيلي على إدارة النزاعات بشكل مثالي ومحترم وبناء، وتعميق الشعور بالمسؤولية المتبادلة والشراكة بين المجتمعات والقطاعات المختلفة وبينها وبين الدولة ومؤسساتها؛ ويأتي كل هذا متوافقاً مع رؤية الرئيس هيرتسوغ التي عبر عنها أكثر من مرة طوال فترة ولايته حتى الآن. ويأتي البرنامج في إطار التعاون الاستراتيجي بين بيت الرئيس وجمعية المراكز المجتمعية.
وفي إطار المشروع، يتم تنفيذ أنشطة مشتركة بين المجتمعات والقطاعات، بمشاركة مئات الآلاف من المواطنين، بروح رؤية الرئيس.
