وفي خطوة استراتيجية لتقديم خدمات تربوية وإدارية واسعة النطاق، تقود الشركة الخطة الخمسية لوزارة التربية والتعليم في المجتمع العربي والبدوي والدرزي.
وينتشر البرنامج في حوالي 2000 مؤسسة تعليمية، وسيوظف أكثر من 3000 موظف، ويجري تنفيذه بالتعاون الوثيق مع السلطات المحلية ووزارة التعليم.
