حقوق الشركاء
برنامج فريد من نوعه ومبتكر ومنهجي، يهدف إلى إحداث تغيير في ممارسة الحقوق في مجال الصحة العقلية. يتم تنفيذ البرنامج بالتعاون مع وزارة الصحة ويعمل مع المتسابقين والمتسابقات وأفراد الأسرة والمحترفين من النساء والرجال وعامة الناس؛ يساعد البرنامج المتقدمين وأسرهم في إدراك الحقوق التي يحق لهم التمتع بها، كما يساعد المهنيين ومقدمي الخدمات على تقديم خدمة متاحة وعادلة.
يعتمد البرنامج على فريق من "المدافعين عن الأقران" - الذين يتعاملون بأنفسهم مع الإعاقة العقلية. إلى جانب معرفتهم المهنية الواسعة في مجال الحقوق، هناك مجال للمشاركة والمشورة من تجربتهم الشخصية. يقدم فريق من الزملاء في مجال الحقوق محاضرات واستشارات شخصية، وبالتالي يكونون بمثابة مصدر إلهام وأمل للمرشحين وأسرهم والمهنيين وأي شخص يحتاج إلى إرشادات بشأن حقوق الصحة العقلية. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يوفر البرنامج تدريبًا للشركات ومقدمي الخدمات ومراكز الشرطة لتوفير خدمات يمكن الوصول إليها لمتخصصي الصحة العقلية.
برنامج "أقران من أجل الحقوق" هو أحد برامج "الأقران" التابعة لجمعية المراكز المجتمعية، والذي يعمل على مساعدة الأشخاص الذين يعانون من مشاكل الصحة العقلية في المجتمع للشباب والبالغين وكبار السن. تدعم البرامج التواصل وتشجيع الروابط بين الأشخاص الذين يعانون من مشاكل الصحة العقلية والمجتمع، وتعمل على زيادة الوعي بمجال الصحة العقلية والقضاء على الوصمة والحد منها، وتحقيق الحقوق، وجعل الخدمات متاحة للأشخاص الذين يعانون من مشاكل الصحة العقلية في إسرائيل.

Connecting to Community: A Festive Summer Event for French Olim in Jerusalem
The annual summer event of Mehubarim, IACC’s program for French olim, was recently held at its first stop in Jerusalem, bringing together approximately 1,200 immigrant children and parents.
The Mehubarim Program provides children and young people from French-speaking immigrant families with a supportive informal framework, helping them integrate into Israeli society and develop a stronger sense of community and belonging.
The Annual Youth Mentoring Program Conference
The annual conference of IACC’s Youth Mentoring Program was recently held with the participation of approximately 600 mentors from across Israel.
Operated on behalf of the Ministry of Education, the program provides individual and group mentoring to young people from the Haredi community during important transition periods between educational institutions.
