يواصل برنامج "عائلات الأبطال" نشاطه للعام الثامن في مختلف المراكز المجتمعية في كافة أنحاء البلاد.
ويعمل البرنامج الذي ترعاه شركة "تيلما" على تعزيز القيم المجتمعية والعائلية، والتركيز على تعزيز وحدة الأسرة، من خلال تمكين المشاركين في البرنامج شخصيًا من خلال النشاط البدني المشترك للآباء والأطفال.
ويعمل البرنامج أيضًا على تعزيز أسلوب الحياة الصحي من خلال ورش العمل التغذوية العائلية. ودمج الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في الأنشطة الرياضية.
